Lovely As A Tree

I have been working on my Christmas cards for my up coming class & this little card did not make the cut.  I started out with an idea from page 119, but you will notice it morphed from that one to something a little different. The base is Baja Breeze and I ran the bottom of it through the Big Shot using the Square Lattice Impression Folder.  I then stamped a strip of Whisper White in Baja Breeze using the pine tree from Lovely As A Tree (an old faithful set). What you might not be able to see is that I spritzed it with the Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz which gave it a very nice touch. I layered that piece on a strip of Basic Black and distressed the edges of both. I wrapped a piece of Basic Black grosgrain ribbon around that strip and added a little tag stamped with Merry from Teeny Tiny Wishes. That whole strip was mounted with dimensionals to raise it up and give a little more depth.
