Hi Gang. I had a request to try Melon Mambo from the Color Coach over on my Youtube Channel. So, I took the challenge and here is what I came up with. The color combo I used was the Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight & Tempting Turquoise. I decided to make the Melon Mambo really pop by adding some dimension by layering two of the flowers from the flower folds Big Z Die together. And of course I couldn't just leave them plain, so I ran them through the Big Shot and the Perfect Polka Dots Impression folder for a little more depth. The flower center is just a circle I punched out of the Greenhouse Gala DSP. The greeting is stamped in Basic Black and punched with the Word Window punch and accented with a Tempting Turquoise Rhinestone brad. I created the tag out of a rectangle and snipped the corners. A little more texture for the background of the card was added by using the Lattice Impression Folder. Then a little Daffodil Delight ribbon was added at the top for the tag to hang and there you have it. I have to say the challenge was fun so keep those coming.
