1. Pick your image based on the size of window and punch.
2. Stamp background image. This is usually done in a contrasting color. (Sample uses the same flower in Close to Cocoa)
3. Stamp the top image and punch the center out. (Sample uses 1” punch stamped in Pretty in Pink.)
4. Put packing tape over the hole that was created sticky side up.
5. Adhere background image behind non-sticky side of packing tape. You will be able to see the image through the tape and hole.
6. Apply dazzling diamond glitter to the sticky side of the tape. Dust off excess.
