Love You a Latte!

Any latte drinkers out there? I love a latte. I don't like my coffee sweet and I find that a latte is the perfect blend of coffee to milk ratio for me. yum! For this little card I began with my focal point, as with all the Pun Fun cards, by stamping the image in Black Stazon on a piece of watercolor paper. This time I colored it in with my blender pen and Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Pretty in Pink and Baja Breeze along with a touch of Blush Blossom around the cup.  I then began working on the card base. I started with a piece of Crumb Cake and added a piece of Baja Breeze that I textured with the Perfect Polka Dots impression folder, then added that to the top half of the card. For a little definition and to incorporate more color I added a strip of Pretty in Pink and Early Espresso. Now back to the focal point. I added a tab of Early Espresso striped grosgrain to the top left edge then mounted it on the card with dimensionals. For a little bit more texture, I added the smallest pearls to the dots on the bottom of the cup.  That's it! Pretty simple but the texture is what makes this card so yummy. Notice how the pearls mimic the polka dots in the Baja Breeze card stock? Even the watercolor paper has texture. Gotta run. I'll see you tomorrow with the final Pun Fun card. Have a great Tuesday.

My fav stamp of the set. Love this card. I thought, oh the pearls pick up the polka dot shape, then read further & you said the same thing.
