Welcome back for day 5 of the Pun Fun week. It's Friday! I know you are all excited about that. For today's card, I stamped my whale on watercolor paper with Black Stazon ink and colored it in with Marina Mist and Baja Breeze using my blender pen. I then did some shading with Blush Blossom around the outside of the whale. For a little more impact, I added some dazzling diamonds glitter to the water & the water spout. I then punched it out with my 1 3/4" circle punch. For the card base, I used another square card, this time in Marina Mist. I took a piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock and another piece of Pumpkin Pie DSP and layered them together with the card stock being 1/4" wider. I punched the edge with the scallop trim border punch to mimic the waves. I then tied a piece of Pumpkin Pie grosgrain ribbon into a bow around this layer and mounted it with dimensionals. The tag was created with watercolor paper as well that I punched using my Jewelry Tag punch, just modifying the length. I added it to the bow with some string. I then mounted my whale using dimensionals on the top two-thirds of it only, so it is level with the second layer. I hope you like it. Since I still have a few more Pun Fun samples, we'll continue this on Monday after a little weekend break. See you all then!

I love your card and used it for inspiration for my own whale card. Gave you a shout out on my blog http://willrunforstamps.blogspot.com/2011/06/whimsy-stamps-whale.html
