Concord Bliss

I decided to use a little Concord Crush today as I haven't used my In Colors nearly as much as I should, other than Pear Pizzaz, I love it. I began with a Concord Crush base and added a layer of Pear Pizzaz and Concord Crush DSP (free hostess item, gotta love that) For my focal point I stamped the beautiful Bliss background image in Pear Pizzaz on Whisper White. That piece is layered on on Concord Crush and then mounted with dimensionals on a layer of Pear Pizzaz and then mounted it on the base with dimensionals. I stamped the butterfly in Concord Crush and cut it out with my snips and added some rhinestones to the body. I added it using glue dots. I stamped my greeting from You're a Gem in Concord Crush on Whisper White and added some 2nd & 3rd generation flowers in Pear Pizzaz & punched with my large oval punch. I mounted that on a scallop oval of Concord Crush. For some texture I used some Certainly Celery Satin ribbon that I gathered. It wraps around the Pear Pizzaz base and is adhered under the scallop oval with glue dots. I also added a few other glue dots to keep it in place. For the Antique Brad I wanted it to have a little white on it so I pounced it on my Whisper White craft pad and polished the top with a paper towel to remove all but what went into the groove. This is added to the scallop oval & the oval is added with dimensionals. (Yes I love dimensionals!) See you tomorrow!
