Have you seen this guy before? Isn't he cute? I give Stampin' Up! full credit for this creation. It was a sample in last month's newsletter that the send to demonstrators. I used the designer paper that is a free hostess option in the catalog. I thought it added a little flair. His other body parts are all punches as well. I do not have photos of how to create the "feathers" but I will do my best to describe it. There is a semi drawing below. The dotted lines are folds. In image 6, the lines represent the folds on the backside. Look at the card for a better idea of image 6. I hope this helps.
* Punch out your three scallop circles.
* Fold each as follows:
* Fold up including 5 scallops
* Flip over and fold in half down the center
* Open up and keep it lying with the turned up scallop facing down
* Now fold each bottom side in toward the middle (like a paper airplane)
